Children and Families Work

ARK SOFTPLAYOur softplay facility has been open since November 2008 and is a high-spec, two-level softplay area complete with ball pool and slide. We provide a space where parents and their pre-school children can come and let off some steam without it costing a fortune. The softplay is open at the following times: Term-time Wednesday 1300 - 1500 Thursday 1300 - 1500 School holidays Tuesday 0900 - 1130 Wednesday 1300 - 1500 Thursday 1300 - 1500Staff and volunteers provide a safe and welcoming environment where parents can build relationships and gain support while their children play. These sessions are charged at £1.00 for the first child, and 50p for subsequent children. Adults are free. All staff have an Enhanced CRB check, and the softplay operates a clear behaviour policy to ensure the safety of all children using our facility.
